INDUSTRIAL WASTE WATER (I.W.W.)

A specific apparatus is associated to each treatment.

Preliminary Treatments

  • Basins and wastewater collecting sewers

  • Buffer tanks (buffering before treatment)

  • Pumping stations

    • centrifugal pumps (immersed or not)
    • Archimedes-screws
    • air-lifts
  • Removal of algae and plankton

  • Grit removal

  • Coarse and fine screening (bar screens or sieves)

    • with manually or mechanically cleaning system
    • with or without comminutor
  • Desilting

    • with or without air bubbling
    • combined or not combined with oil and grease removal
    • with or without sand classification (and eventually cleaning)
    • circular or rectangular tank (concrete, steel, synthetic material, …)
  • Oil removal

    • with or without air bubbling
    • combined or not combined with grease removal
    • with or without granular bed
    • circular or rectangular tank (concrete, steel, synthetic material, …)
  • Grease removal

    • with or without air bubbling
    • combined or not with oil removal
    • circular or rectangular tank (concrete, steel, synthetic material, …)
    • biological or physico-chemical treatment
  • Coagulation - destabilisation of colloidal particles

R.A.P.D. ("Réacteur d'Agrégation de Particules par Destabilisation")

    • combined or not with flocculation

    • with static or motorised mixer

  • Flocculation agglomeration of particles by transport et contact one with the other. Larger particles or "flocs" are the result.

R.A.P.T. ("Réacteur d'Agrégation de Particules par Transport")

    • combined or not with flocculation

    • with static or motorised mixer

    • with or without stirring

    • with or without post-treatment

  • Settling

One or two step separation by settling of particles because their higher density compared to this of the liquid.

    • with internal sludge recirculation

Solid – liquid separation is improved by sludge recirculation to the inlet of the unit

      HYDROGYR - FD

    • with plates (with or without sludge recirculation)

Solid – liquid separation is improved by forcing the flow between plates mounted at an angle in the clarification zone

      HYDROPAC

      HYDROPAC - R

    • specific clarifier with or without bottom sludge scraper

    • specific clarifier with or without scum scraper

    • circular or rectangular tank (concrete, steel, synthetic material, …)

  • Rectangular settling of A.P.I. type

  • Preliminary Flotation

By adhesion of small air bubbles to the particles these are forced to the surface and evacuated by a scum scraper after concentration.

    HYDROFLOT

    • circular tank (concrete, steel, …)

    • rectangular tank (concrete, steel, …)

  • Deaeration, stripping, evaporation...

Specific treatments of some industrial waste waters to remove some gaseous components (NH3...).

    HYDROGAZ
